Today, study abroad is no longer a distant dream for aspiring students due to the availability of scholarships and financial aid for the deserving and meritorious students. Students have a wide range of subjects to choose from and study at the some of the best universities and colleges with the state of art infrastructure & trained faculties. Globalization has take India by leaps and bounds and the Indian Economy is already on the vertical rise, bringing in a lot of foreign investors to India. The Special Economic Zones in the country have benefitted with lot of companies putting in plants and thus giving employment to a large number of people. Students who have had the experience of studying abroad, definitely benefit from this scenario. During their studies in any foreign country, they would have certainly had the experience of working and studying, thus adding some more points to their resume. Moreover students are also exposed to an International culture, which plays a major role in grooming the students personality. Any student who returns back to his Home Country, would have an edge over his Indian counterparts in the job scenario. These students would be more competent and can handle real life situations in a much better and pratical way, thanks to the International education they have received.

Kampus Landing, Global Educational Specialists have played a major role in guiding students to choose the Right Study Abroad Consultant.

Studying abroad in a reputed institution is a dream of numerous Indian students'. In the present scenario where the world is aptly called a 'global village', this dream is not very hard to achieve.

Some of the most coveted courses that students' want to pursue from foreign countries are Masters in Business Administration, Degree courses in Engineering, Degree courses in Biotechnology, Under Graduate as well as Post Graduate courses in humanities etc. Some of the foreign countries offer scholarships under cultural exchange programmes to eligible candidates who are interested to study in those countries.

Almost as important as the academic advantages of an international education are the chances it offers to experience life abroad. Quite simply, there is no better environment for Indian students to take hold of their future...and be the best they can be. A study abroad education in the UK or USA has always placed great importance on the ability of students to work independently and to develop their own thinking.

The end result is that students emerge from an international education not only with a thorough understanding of their subject but also with analytical abilities and problem-solving skills that are much prized by employers in later life.

“It’s a great idea to study abroad but choosing the right host country is probably the most important decision you'll ever make, one that will affect the course of your personal and professional life for many, many years. You'll be leaving your country for a new culture, a new way of life, and new people.”

There are several resources on the Internet which will also guide a student giving minute details of the college/university, which includes cost, reputation, quality of education, opportunity to earn on the campus, course details, fee details and much more. Most people prefer to go to Study Abroad Consultant for the selection of the right course, college/university and most important, accurate visa filing. It is better to visit a consultant who has been working in this field for a long time and not necessarily who has recently opened this businesss or has cheaper services. Many consultants will even offer free services because they get paid by the college themselves if they are able to get your admission done in that college, but it is most important to get the services of an unbiased, experienced and a knowledgeable study abroad consultant. Kampus Landing has made sure that the students are guided accordingly.

At Kampus Landing, benchmarks are set to guide the aspiring student for Correct Career counseling, selection of the right country, the right university & right  college, Admission guidance, financial/cost estimation for costs for living, ability to earn while pursuing the course etc, Correct presentation of the visa file, Adept Visa Interview Guidance and lastly but not the least, Job and Career opportunities/Settlement opportunities’ Abroad.

It is very important to select a good Study Abroad consultant. But do not follow him blindly and always do your own research before going ahead and applying, says the Team at Kampus Landing.

  3. Dear Bipinbhai,
Thankyou for your interest in our blog!
    1. A past track of an consultant is ofcourse very important. It gives an insight about the services and success ratio of a consultant.
    2. A study abroad consultant could be associated with a lot of educational bodies like British Council, AAERI etc.
    3. Whenever you apply to a particular college/university, make sure you have all the web details and the selected course relevant to the candidate's academic qualifications.

  5. What is NAFSA's importance to education overseas consultancies?

    ReplyDelete
  6. Thank you for asking the question and will be glad to answer the same.

NAFSA stands for National Association of Foreign Student Advisors which was founded in 1948 in the US. It is an Association of International Educators and is a nonprofit organization with approximately 10,000 educators, representing nearly 3,000 higher-education institutions.

All these members help promoting the concept of International education and also encourage universities and colleges to include perspective of the same in their curricula. NAFSA promotes the exchange of faculty, scholars and students between universities worldwide and hence making an attempt to give student crowd a global exposure.

The importance of NAFSA to an Education Consultant or Agent is that they provide a platform for them to connect to various other consultants, Institutions and others working in the Education Support Industry. This gives not only an opportunity for networking, meet prospect universities and colleges in the US but also provides a juncture for professional development in form of workshops and seminars.
Also assist us to keep abreast the latest happening and updation in rules and regulations in the International and US Education Industry.

Hope this helps. Also, please let us know your name that will help us to connect. :) and will be easier for us to assist you in a better way.

  7. Ritu @ Kampus Landing- How to choose the right study abroad consultant or overseas education consultant? There are almost 500 consultants. Would you like to name few of them to help me short-list the right study abroad consultant.

  8. Hi there.. thanks for the question and I am so glad you asked this...of course Kampus Landing is the best Student Abroad Consultant to choose :) logically why would I say or suggest any other consultant to you. True isn't?

Anyways, As far my knowledge goes there is no statistics available on the ranking of Study Abroad Consultants. Moreover not all consultants cater all countries. So say 'A' consultant might be the best for US but approaching them for say Australia might turn out to be the worst ever decision of yours.

So for a student to choose a right Overseas Education Consultant. It is important for them to make themselves first clear about 'Location' and then the 'Course' they want to pursue. Next, do your research with the help of friends and family and get a list of consultants dealing in that country. Next, approach all of them. Now, the final deciding factor would be the Counselors/Advisors- they are the backbone of any Study Abroad Education Consultant. The way they cousel- right from scratch that is starting from you academics, Financial, location and course preferred and hence creating your profile and then suggesting college/university that best suits your profile will give you a fair idea as to which Consultant to chose.

Always refer to your friends who are already abroad, or who are in this industry. they are the best ones to suggest you.

    Hope this helps.
Again, Your name would help us to assist you in a better way. You've not asked anything that is hurting anybody's sentiments so why Anonymity.

  9. hi,
I am glad to share my experience with kampus landing. i never know that I will ever get admitted in one of the best engineering college of united states. I will tell you why actually I had completed my 12th on 29th April 2009 and results were declared on may 5th 2009 I was very much depressed bcoz the results were totally different from my expectations. I was blank I mean at that time I was tensed bcoz I don’t want to get admitted in government college or the college which gives 10% placement| and with the help of my results I was sure that I will never get admission in nirma or IIT. Then I came in contact of kampus landing through its advertisement in news paper. I met Nirali mam on my first day and she gave me all the information and suggested me to start preparing for the entrance exams of USA I was very much satisfied and then I found everything very much simple. After completing my toefl and sat I was admitted in the best engineering college i.e. university of Bridgeport kampus landing made it so simple for me. I am thankful to TEJAL mam for her full help and support and her guidance. DIPALI mam for sorting out my each and every difficulty whether it’s small or big and giving the best interview training. SHABNAM mam for to guide me. Thanks to the whole staff of kampus landing people here are very much cooperative. According to me kampus landing is the best study abroad consultancy.
